近日，基地研究员任宗强博士指导研究生撰写的2篇高质量科研论文被录用，并于2026年6月在线发表。

其中：《Does digitalization necessarily lead to organizational flattening? Structural change from a transaction cost perspective》被国际学术期刊 Business Process Management Journal（JCR Q1）录用，该论文从交易成本视角系统考察了数字化转型重塑组织结构。

论文《Knowledge co-creation by human–machine social interaction: A dynamic simulation based on decision field theory》被国际学术期刊 Systems Research and Behavioral Science（JCR交叉学科Q2）录用，该论文基于决策场论模型考察人机社会化交互过程中知识共创的动态演化机制。
